Who We Are
Our team is made up of addiction treatment professionals who want to help our clients achieve sustainable recovery. Our therapists work with clients to help them understand the underlying causes of their substance abuse and develop healthy coping skills. Our doctors ensure that clients receive the medications they need at the right doses. During outpatient detox, our goal is to make sure that clients are safe, and we offer medical care as needed.

Our Team
Our Founder
Zachary Kalatsky is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Next Wind Recovery. Zachary earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance, from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business Honors and Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, located in New York. New York. Graduating top of his class, Summa Cum Laude, Zachary was offered several great positions with Fortress Biotech and Lazard, however, his true passion was in the Behavioral Health Field. Over the span of 5 years, while working in the behavioral health space, Zachary witnessed a void in quality of outpatient services that were being provided to individuals suffering from substance use disorders.
Thus, Zach set-out to co-found Next Wind Recover in 2019, with the mission to redefine what outpatient addiction treatment is, both in New Jersey and Nationwide, while also ensuring that highly effective, high quality, addiction treatment was made as accessible as possible to those who want and need it.
