Rebecca Vietze, MSW, LSW, CADC Intern, is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, with a specialization in Addiction Counseling. Rebecca uses a multidimensional approach exploring each individual’s biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. She desires to come alongside others and assist them by holding a space for change, growth, and healing. Rebecca works on rebuilding individual’s connections with themselves, improving their communication skills in their relationships, building self-worth, and reaching their goals. Rebecca utilizes various therapeutic models in her work, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) . She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
