At Relevance Recovery, we believe in a personalized approach to healing. Our New Jersey addiction & mental health treatment services offer holistic, integrative, multidisciplinary Partial Care, IOP, & Outpatient services with housing.

Our rehab center in Monmouth County, NJ is designed for people that have been through residential treatment and detox, or have been sober for a period of time and need encouragement, but less supervision than a fully integrated residential program offers.
The treatment program is three or five days per week from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday depending on each clients personal treatment plan. Clients may live at home or our supervised recovery housing through our partner facility, B Houses.
Suitable for those leaving detox or inpatient treatment.
The treatment program is five days per week from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In addition, Relevance has partnered with B Houses to provide 24-hour supervised recovery housing. This experience is much like that of an inpatient treatment program with the added benefit of integrating into our sober social community.
Clients can still live at home if they choose and still receive full access to our Partial Care program and ancillary services.

Our IOP program in NJ is designed to provide that additional clinical support as clients begin to re-integrate into society and live independently. It is also a perfect option for those who have been in recovery for some time and feel that they need additional support.
Clients may live at home or our partner facility, B Houses providing supervised recovery housing near our drug rehab in Monmouth County, NJ.

Founded in 2012, CFC Loud n Clear Foundation, now known as HealingUS Communities 501c3 is a grassroots New Jersey registered nonprofit Recovery Community Organization (RCO) providing a model relapse prevention program that supports all pathways to recovery through peer driven and operated programs.
Our rehab center in Monmouth County, NJ is proudly partnered with HealingUS Communities to offer a continuation of services after treatment. This sober social community provides peer support and programs to individuals for only $25 / month for up to 18 months.
